We bake our breads daily in our brick oven and all (except ciabatta, french baguettes, and burger buns) are naturally leavened with our sourdough starter. And all of our breads are made with 100% organic flours and all include some portion of locally milled Carolina Ground wheat or rye flours.

Important Information
Pickup is available at the Fletcher or Flat Rock location or Pisgah Bake House in Brevard on: Monday - Saturday from 11am - 3pm. You’ll select the location and pickup day at checkout. You’ll still need to plug in your shipping information to see the free pickup option.
All orders need to be in two days before pickup. For example, Wednesday's deadline would be midnight on Monday.
