Bread Schedule

Our organic brick-oven breads are baked daily at our Flat Rock location.  They are also available each day in Fletcher after 11am.

Here is our daily bread schedule:

Available 7 days a week:
9-grain, sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia, NC whole wheat sourdough, 3-Cheese Garlic and Basil, sourdough baguette

Monday:

Cranberry Walnut, Olive Rosemary

Tuesday:

Raisin Pecan, Swedish Rye

Wednesday:

Cranberry Walnut, Caramelized Onion Asiago, Jewish Rye

Thursday:

Cranberry Walnut, Grits Levain

Friday:
Olive Rosemary, Raisin Pecan, Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal, fougasse

Saturday:
Cranberry Walnut, Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal, Seeded Whole Grain Sourdough Rye, Swedish Rye, fougasse

Sunday:
Cranberry Walnut, Grits Levain, Jewish Rye, fougasse
