Bread Schedule

Our organic brick-oven breads are baked daily at our Flat Rock location.  They are also available each day in Fletcher after 11am.

Here is our daily bread schedule:

Available 7 days a week:
9-grain, sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia

Monday:
3 Cheese Garlic and basil, Cranberry Walnut, NC whole wheat sourdough

Tuesday:
3 cheese Garlic and basil, cranberry walnut, NC whole wheat sourdough

Wednesday:
Caramelized Onion Asiago, cranberry walnut, Jewish Rye, Nc whole wheat sourdough

Thursday:
3-cheese garlic and basil, cranberry walnut, NC Whole wheat sourdough

Friday:
Olive Rosemary, 3 cheese garlic and basil, Raisin Pecan, NC whole wheat sourdough, fougasse, French baguette

Saturday:
3-cheese garlic and basil, cranberry walnut, Walnut Levain, Pain au Levain, fougasse

Sunday:
3 cheese garlic and basil, cranberry walnut, fougasse
